The person you want to send the gift card to will receive a personalized email with a code corresponding to the selected amount.
To personalize said email and schedule the delivery date, you must contact us through our email: hola@diplomaticbrand.com with the concept of "Personalized Card" to provide us with the information of the person who will receive this gift card, personalize the message that you want to appear in the email and indicate the date you want it to arrive.

For international purchases, Diplomatic will pay all expenses associated with the export of its products. In case of return, Diplomatic will subtract from the refunded amount the possible expenses generated by the same (import customs, shipping costs...)
