We are looking for Sales Assistants for our Madrid store at different times:
40 hours, 30 hours or 20 hours
Your mission will be to represent the brand image and values at the head of the business, you will be a fundamental pillar within our store, you will be in charge of the entire direct sales process in the store and the correct customer service. Your contribution at Diplomatic will be remarkable if you start acquiring the following responsibilities from day one:
Being an exemplary 'sales assistant': + Accompany customers throughout the sales process: advice on garments, information on models and sizes, resolution of incidents, cashiering, online purchase support for those garments not available, etc.
+ Support the Store Manager in all processes related to customer analysis, sales strategy, implementation of store improvements, alignment of offline sales with online sales.
+ Keep the store visual always tidy and aligned with Diplomatic's brand values.
+ Operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders and warehouse.
Being the client's greatest ally: + You will be the visible face of Diplomatic in the face of our face-to-face clients, therefore you will be responsible for transmitting our values of youthful spirit, adventurers, dreamers and noise generators throughout the purchase process.
+ Adequately serve Diplomatic customers, understanding their needs, resolving incidents and transmitting Diplomatic's values at all times in the process.
+ Analysis of user preferences and needs.
+ Have extensive knowledge about the catalog, the identity of the brand, as well as additional information such as garment materials, sizes, shipping times and operations.
+ Report incidents to the Store Manager.
Key skills and experiences + We will assess whether you have previous experience in the retail sector, and therefore knowledge of the store sales process; You will need to know how to listen to the client, ask the right questions to understand their needs and be able to sell them the best solutions for what they are looking for; therefore, having experience in the footwear industry is important to succeed as a Sales Assistant.
+ In addition to Spanish, English should be your second language, we want to give everyone the opportunity to buy our clothes, having a good experience in the store.
+ That in addition to the aforementioned, you are a person with good social skills, used to working with the public and who is oriented to obtain sales and results.
+ That you enjoy selling, encouraging cross-selling and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, together with your colleagues, to achieve the store's sales objectives.
+ That you have "time flexibility" to manage rotating shifts together with the rest of the store team.
