For orders within the Iberian Peninsula, shipping time is 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. During holiday periods, your delivery may be affected by the volume of orders due to the scheduled delivery date.
For orders to the Balearic and Canary Islands, shipping time is 2-5 business days from order confirmation.
Please note that during periods of high demand (sales and/or promotions), delivery times may be affected.

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Shipping costs are €5 for orders within the Spanish mainland and free for purchases over €80. This cost includes the first exchange within the first 30 calendar days.

Payment options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as payment options.
You can also pay with Apple Pay, as long as you access it from the Safari browser.
Finally, you have access to the Klarna e-financing tool, which allows you to purchase instantly and pay in three installments.

Product
At Diplomatic, we try to ensure that all our models fit true to size. This means that you should generally choose the size you normally wear in shoes. However, our size recommendation appears on each product page.
Of course! If we haven't prepared your order yet, we can modify or cancel it. To do so, we recommend that you email us as soon as possible at ayuda@diplomaticbrand.com.
Our guarantee for all products is 180 days from the date of purchase. The guarantee includes all those damages or defects derived from our craftsmanship.
If you think that your product is defective or has a defect and the use of your shoes has been correct, please contact us. We will be happy to help you and apply our guarantee.
If you've received a product and think it may have a defect or flaw, don't worry; we're a committed company with guarantees. In case you didn't know, we manufacture in Spanish artisan workshops and are happy to offer a guarantee.

Pre-order products are being handcrafted by our artisans with our signature care and attention to detail. The delivery date indicated is an estimate, as it depends on production and shipping times.
By pre-ordering a high-demand item, you can reserve it in advance and receive it as soon as it's ready. Please note that delivery times may vary, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges
Spain and Portugal
The deadline for exchanges is 30 calendar days, and for returns is 15 calendar days. These deadlines are counted from the date the order is received.
Remember that the products you exchange or return must be in the same condition as when they were delivered: unused, clean, and with the box in perfect condition. Otherwise, we hope you understand that we won't be able to refund you the full original amount.
* Orders placed through Glovo cannot be refunded. For any return within the first 30 calendar days, a gift card will be issued for the amount corresponding to the product's value.
EU / UK / International
At Diplomatic, we do not exchange international orders, but we do accept returns within the first 30 calendar days of receiving the order. Therefore, if a customer wishes to exchange an item for another, they must make a new purchase and return the old one.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and Diplomatic is not responsible for any customs or other additional charges.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it's in perfect condition, we'll issue the refund using the same payment method used.
Spain and Portugal
· Changes
If you wish to exchange a product, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can exchange it at any of our physical stores, regardless of the sales channel where you purchased the product.
Therefore, you can exchange orders purchased online or in-store in the store.
If you're unable to exchange your item in one of our stores, you'll need to send an email to ayuda@diplomaticbrand.com indicating that you'd like to exchange it, including your order number, the size, and the model you'd like to exchange your current product for.
The first exchange on all our collectible items, that is, all our items except our last chance items, is free and managed by Diplomatic.
- Returns for online orders placed in Spain and Portugal
If for any reason you no longer want your online order and want to return it, you have 15 calendar days. You have two options:
1. Using Reveni (click here). Through the Reveni portal, follow the instructions. You'll only need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. You'll receive your money quickly and easily within a few minutes.
2. Return to our official stores. You can return your online order to any of our official stores by showing the order confirmation email.
*The order must arrive in the same condition as it was delivered, including the original packaging. The protective box will not be considered original packaging and may be damaged during shipping.
- Exchanges with discount
For products with a discount, exchanges will not be made free of charge.
- Orders through Glovo
For any return within our deadlines, a gift card will be issued with the amount corresponding to the value of the product.
- Returns of clearance products
For returns of clearance products, including those found in the Last Chance section, a gift card will be issued for the purchase amount.
- Higher Price
Don't worry! If the product you wish to exchange is priced higher than the original, we'll give you the option to pay the difference.
- Lower Price
If the product you wish to exchange is priced lower than the original, we'll refund the difference to the same payment method you used for the purchase. This may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank or credit/debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you'll see the transaction reflected instantly.
*If you make a free home exchange and the product price is lower at the time of the exchange request, we will not refund the difference.
Once we receive your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will review the merchandise, and we'll then process the refund. From that point, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card statements. It's not up to us!
