For all peninsular orders, shipping times are 1-3 business days from when you place your order.

For orders to the Balearic Islands, shipping times are 4-5 working days from when you place your order.

For international orders, shipping times are 2-7 business days, but depending on your country. Advance in the purchase to know more about the delivery time.

Keep in mind that in periods with a high volume of demand (sales and/or promotions), delivery times may be affected.

Shipping costs are €2.90 for peninsular orders (Spain and Portugal), and are free from €100.

These shipping costs include size changes.

  • Changes

If you want to change a product, you have 30 days to make a change in any of our physical stores. Whether they are online orders or purchased at the point of sale.

To acquire another size you must first make the return and then make a separate purchase.

The term to be able to make changes is 30 calendar days and the return period is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. This period counts from the receipt of the order.

Don't worry. If the product you want to purchase in an exchange has a higher price than the original product, we will give you the option to pay the difference.

If the product that you wish to purchase in an exchange has a lower price than the original product, we will pay you the difference through the same payment method that you used for the purchase and it may take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your bank or credit/debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you will see the movement reflected instantly.

*If you make a free change at home and the price of the product is lower at the time of requesting the change, we will not pay the difference.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Our colleagues will review the merchandise and later, we will proceed with the return. From that moment on, the return may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement or card movements. It does not depend on us!

Para todos aquellos que no podáis venir al outlet hemos habilitado un apartado de citas online. Se realizará una videollamada de 15 minutos con uno de nuestros compañeros en la que se guiará por los modelos disponibles.
