If for any reason you do not want your order placed through the website and you want to return it, you have 15 calendar days. You have 2 options:

1. Using Reveni (click here). Through the Reveni portal following the indicated instructions. You will only need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. You will receive your money quickly and in a few minutes.

2. Return to our official stores. You can return your online order to any of our official stores by showing the order confirmation email. *The order must arrive in the same condition as it was delivered, including the original packaging. The protective box will not be considered as original packaging and may be damaged due to transport.

Exchanges with discounts

For products with a discount, exchanges will not be made free of charge.

Orders through Glovo

For any return within our deadlines, a gift card will be issued with the amount corresponding to the value of the product.

Returns of Archive Sale products

For returns of clearance products, which include products in the outlet section, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the purchase.
