For orders within the mainland, shipping time is 1-3 business days from the date you place your order. During holiday periods, your delivery may be affected by the volume of orders due to the marked date. For orders to the Balearic and Canary Islands, shipping time is 2-5 business days from the date you place your order. Please note that during periods of high demand (sales and/or promotions), delivery times may be affected.
EUROPEAN UNION

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Shipping costs are €5 for orders to the peninsula, and are free for purchases over €80. This cost includes the first exchange within the first 30 calendar days.
Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Madeira and the Azores:
FREE for purchases over €250.

UK
Shipping costs are €15 for orders to the United Kingdom, and are free for purchases over €250. Please note that due to Brexit (from January 1, 2021), orders sent to the United Kingdom may be subject to additional customs charges, which must be covered by the customer.

Shipping costs for orders within the European Union are €15, and are free for purchases over €250.
INTERNATIONAL

Payment Options
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as payment options.
You can also pay with Apple Pay, provided you access it from the Safari browser.
Finally, you have the Klarna e-financing tool available, which allows you to purchase instantly and pay in 3 installments.

Product
At Diplomatic, we try to ensure that all our models fit true to size. This means that you should generally choose the size you normally wear in shoes. However, our size recommendation appears on each product page.
Of course! If we haven't prepared your order yet, we can modify or cancel it. To do so, we recommend that you email us as soon as possible at help@diplomaticbrand.com.
Our warranty on all products is 180 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects or flaws resulting from our handcrafted manufacturing.
If you think your product is defective or has a defect and your shoes have been worn correctly, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you and apply our warranty.
If you've received a product and think it may have a defect or flaw, don't worry. We're a committed company with guarantees. In case you didn't know, we manufacture in Spanish artisan workshops and are happy to offer a guarantee.

Pre-order items are being handcrafted by our artisans with the care and attention to detail that characterizes us. The delivery date indicated is an estimate, as it depends on production and shipping times.
By pre-ordering a high-demand item, you can reserve it in advance and receive it as soon as it's ready. Please note that delivery times may vary, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

Changes and returns
Spain
The deadline for exchanges is 30 calendar days, and the deadline for returns is 15 calendar days. These periods begin on the date the order is received.
* Refunds are not issued for orders placed through Glovo. For any returns made within the first 30 calendar days, a gift card will be issued for the amount corresponding to the product’s value.
EU / UK / International
At Diplomatic, we do not accept exchanges for international orders, but we do accept returns within the first 15 calendar days of receiving the order. Therefore, if a customer wishes to exchange an item for another, they must place a new order and return the original item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and Diplomatic is not liable for any customs fees or other additional charges. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Exchanges for Orders Placed in Spain
You can make an exchange at any of our physical stores, regardless of the sales channel through which you purchased the product.
Therefore, you can exchange both online orders and in-store purchases at any of our stores.
If you are unable to exchange the item at one of our stores, you must send an email to ayuda@diplomaticbrand.com, providing your order number, the size, and the model you wish to exchange your current product for.
The first exchange for all items in our collection—that is, all items except for clearance items—is free of charge and handled by Diplomatic.
* Exchanging Items from the ‘Archive Sale’ Collection: Free exchanges are not available for products from the Archive Sale collection.
Returns for Orders Placed in Spain
If, for any reason, you do not want your order placed through the website and wish to return it, you have 15 calendar days to do so. You have two options:
1. Using Reveni (click here) Through the Reveni portal by following the instructions provided. You’ll only need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. You’ll receive your refund quickly, within a few minutes.
2. Return at our official stores. You can return your online order at any of our official stores by showing your order confirmation email.
*The order must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered, including the original packaging. The protective box is not considered original packaging and may be damaged during shipping.
* Returns of products from the “Archive Sale” collection: For returns of clearance items—including products in the Archive Sale section—a gift card will be issued for the purchase amount.
Exchanges for Orders Placed in the EU / UK / Internationally
We do not process exchanges for orders placed in the EU, UK, or internationally. Therefore, if a customer wishes to exchange an item for another, they must place a new order and return the original item.
Returns for Orders Placed in the EU / UK / Internationally
The deadline for international returns is 15 calendar days from the date the order was received. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Diplomatic is not liable for any customs fees or other additional charges.
Please contact our support team at ayuda@diplomaticbrand.com so we can provide you with all the necessary information to arrange shipping to our facilities.
Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used.
*The order must arrive in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the original packaging. The protective box is not considered part of the original packaging and may be damaged during shipping.
- Higher Price
Don't worry! If the product you wish to exchange is priced higher than the original product, we'll give you the option to pay the difference.
- Lower Price
If the product you wish to exchange is priced lower than the original product, we'll credit the difference to the same payment method you used for the purchase. This may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank or credit/debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you'll see the transaction reflected instantly.
*If you make a free home exchange and the product price is lower at the time of requesting the exchange, we won't credit the difference.
Once we receive your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will review the merchandise, and we'll then process the refund. From that point, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card statements. It's not up to us!
