If you have recently placed an order through our website, you will be about to receive your package at the indicated address. If you want to change a product, don't worry, the first change is completely free on the peninsula! You must send us an email to cambia@diplomaticbrand.com indicating your order number and the new size of the model you want us to send you. By default, the new product will be sent to the same address that we had used to send the first package. If you want the new shipment to be made to a new address, you must indicate it to us in the mail.

Remember that the same dealer who delivers the new package will ask you for the old order. In case you do not have it at the time of the new delivery, the delivery person will NOT deliver the package to you. If you want to change your order for the second time, you must pay €10 by bank transfer to the account number that one of us will indicate to you by email. In addition, we do not cover the exchange of any item for accessories, cleaning products and shoe care. We hope you understand that the exchange service has a high cost and we cannot do it in all cases!

There is only one exception to this rule; If the product for which the purchase is to be exchanged is not in stock or is in pre-order, the customer must make a return and subsequently purchase the new product. The term to be able to make changes is 30 calendar days and the return period is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. This period counts from the receipt of the order until notification of the intention to make the change or return or, in the case of no notification, from the moment of receipt at our facilities.

Remember that the products that you exchange or return must be in the same state in which they were delivered, unused, clean and with the box in perfect condition. If not, we hope you understand that we will not be able to refund you the full original amount.

This period may be longer in specific periods such as Christmas, promotions... but it will always be longer!

Purchases from Thursday, November 23, will have an extended period of changes and returns to facilitate purchases for Christmas.

Changes will last until January 20 and returns until January 15.

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to duties, taxes or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will send your package through the incoterm DDU (Duties and taxes unpaid), which means that Diplomatic will be in charge of delivering it, but will not assume the possible customs expenses or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the importation of the products (even if the order is rejected). Please, if you are sending someone residing outside the European Union products from the Diplomatic page, make sure they know all this.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may suffer some delay.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Our colleagues will review the merchandise and later, we will proceed with the return. From that moment, the return may take 7-15 business days to appear reflected in your bank statement or card movements. It does not depend on us!
