Para todos los pedidos peninsulares, los tiempos de envío son de 1-3 días laborables desde que realizas tu pedido.  En periodos festivos tu entrega se puede ver afectada por el volumen de pedidos debido a la fecha marcada.

Para los pedidos a las Islas Baleares, los tiempos de envío son de 4-5 días laborables desde que realizas tu pedido. 

Para los pedidos internacionales, los tiempos de envío son de 2-7 días laborables, pero dependiendo de tu país. Avanza en la compra para saber más sobre el plazo de entrega.

Ten en cuenta que en periodos con alto volumen de demanda (rebajas y/o promociones), los tiempos de entrega pueden verse afectados.

Los gastos de envío son de 2,90€ para pedidos peninsulares (España y Portugal), y son gratuítos a partir de 100€. 

Estos gastos de envío te incluyen los cambios de talla.

If you want to change a product, you have 30 days to make a change in any of our physical stores. Whether they are online orders or purchased at the point of sale.

The term to be able to make changes is 30 calendar days and the return period is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. This period counts from the receipt of the order.

Don't worry. If the product you want to purchase in an exchange has a higher price than the original product, we will give you the option to pay the difference.

If the product that you wish to purchase in an exchange has a lower price than the original product, we will pay you the difference through the same payment method that you used for the purchase and it may take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your bank or credit/debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you will see the movement reflected instantly.

*If you make a free change at home and the price of the product is lower at the time of requesting the change, we will not pay the difference.

As soon as we receive your return in our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email. Our colleagues will review the merchandise and later, we will proceed with the return. From that moment on, the return may take up to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement or card movements. It does not depend on us!
