Please note that during periods of high demand (sales and/or promotions), delivery times may be affected.

Product
At Diplomatic, we try to ensure that all our models fit true to size. This means that you should generally choose the size you normally wear in shoes. However, our size recommendation appears on each product page.
Of course! If we haven't prepared your order yet, we can modify or cancel it. To do so, we recommend that you email us as soon as possible at help@diplomaticbrand.com.
Our warranty on all products is 180 days from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any defects or flaws resulting from our handcrafted manufacturing.
If you think your product is defective or has a defect and your shoes have been worn correctly, please contact us. We'll be happy to help you and apply our warranty.
If you've received a product and think it may have a defect or flaw, don't worry. We're a committed company with guarantees. In case you didn't know, we manufacture in Spanish artisan workshops and are happy to offer a guarantee.

Refunds and exchanges
SPAIN
The deadline for exchanges is 30 calendar days and for returns is 15 calendar days. These deadlines are counted from the date of receipt of the order. Remember that the products you exchange or return must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, unused, clean, and with the box in perfect condition. Otherwise, we hope you understand that we will not be able to refund the full original amount or proceed with the refund. * Refunds are not issued for orders placed through Glovo. For any return, within the first 30 calendar days, a gift card will be issued with the amount corresponding to the value of the product.
EU / UK / INTERNATIONAL
At Diplomatic, we do not make exchanges on international orders, but we do accept returns within the first 15 calendar days from receipt of the order. Therefore, if the customer wishes to exchange an item for another, they must make a new purchase and return the old one. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and Diplomatic is not responsible for any customs fees or other additional charges. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in perfect condition, we will issue the refund through the same payment method used.

- Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you have 30 calendar days to do so. You can exchange it in any of our physical stores, regardless of the sales channel where you purchased the product.
Therefore, you can exchange it in-store for both online and in-store orders. If you are unable to exchange it in one of our stores, you must send an email to ayuda@diplomaticbrand.com indicating that you wish to exchange it, providing your order number, the size, and the model for which you wish to exchange your current product.
The first exchange on all our collectible items, that is, on all our items except last chance items, is free and managed by Diplomatic.
- Returns for online orders placed in Spain
If for any reason you do not want your order placed through the website and you wish to make a return, you have 15 calendar days. You have 2 options:
1. Using Reveni (click here). Through the Reveni portal following the instructions indicated. You will only need your order number and the email address associated with your purchase. You will receive your money quickly and in a few minutes.
2. Return to our official stores. You can return your order online to any of our official stores by showing the order confirmation email. *The order must arrive in the same condition as it was delivered, including the original packaging.
The protective box will not be considered original packaging and may be damaged due to transport. Exchanges with discounts For products with a discount, exchanges will not be made free of charge.
- Orders through Glovo
For any return within our deadlines, a gift card will be issued with the amount corresponding to the value of the product.
- Returns of Archive Sale products
For returns of clearance products, which include products found in the Archive Sale section, a gift card will be issued for the amount of the purchase.
- Higher Price
Don't worry! If the product you wish to exchange is priced higher than the original product, we'll give you the option to pay the difference.
- Lower Price
If the product you wish to exchange is priced lower than the original product, we'll credit the difference to the same payment method you used for the purchase. This may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on the bank or credit/debit card. If you paid with PayPal, you'll see the transaction reflected instantly.
*If you make a free home exchange and the product price is lower at the time of requesting the exchange, we won't credit the difference.
Once we receive your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will review the merchandise, and we'll then process the refund. From that point, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card statements. It's not up to us!

All our stores are official, so you can:
Make any exchanges regardless of where you made the purchase. You can only return an in-store purchase to the same store where you purchased the product. This is because each store has a unique payment platform, and we cannot process refunds unless you physically visit the same store where you purchased your product.
